へやの空きがあり、広いところにしてくれて、快適だった。 またなかなか喫煙出来る部屋がないため、ありがたかった。

シャワーの使い方が直感では分かりづらく、冷たいシャワーを浴びてしまった。 分かりやすく表皮すると迷わないと思いました。

新しい東横インなので、館内は全体的にとても綺麗で快適でした。荷物預かり用のロッカーも数が多く、安心して利用できます。朝食会場も他の東横インより広く感じられました。 二条城まで徒歩で行ける立地も魅力です。また、阪急京都線と地下鉄東西線のどちらへも徒歩約10分でアクセスできるため、観光や移動に便利でした。

2階の部屋でしたが窓が開かない仕様のため、室内の空気を入れ替えられなかったのが気になりました。廊下側のドアを開けると警告音が鳴るため、換気は浴室の換気扇とエアコンに頼るしかありませんでした。

Great breakfast, we look forward to it every morning. They also provide free tea and coffee for almost the entire day. All of the basic things that we needed were already provided. Guests can leave luggages early in the lobby before checking. Extra toiletries and instant tea were available in the lobby and guests can take as much as they need. When it rained, they lent umbrellas for free at the lobby. This hotel made me realize the superiority of business hotels in japan for travelers.

The location is near to Nijo castle but far away from other tourist attractions so the commute is difficult if you have kids.
