ツインを使わせてもらったので、連泊のベッドメイキングなども必要なく、快適でした。

朝食時が込みすぎます。2日目は食べると返事していたのですが、6時半過ぎに行ってみたら、行列ができていて、食べるのをやめました。自由に取らせる方法を見直して、パッキングしたものを渡すなどの方法をとらないと、現状では対応できていないと思われます。

清潔で部屋が大きく、広々すごせました。

２つトイレ・お風呂があるお部屋でしたが、片側のトイレが流れませんでした。

服務人員都親切有禮。

The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff were kind and helpful, and the room had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. We also appreciated how quiet and relaxing the atmosphere was.

This hotel is easy to get to. Only 1 bus ride from Kyoto station. There are 2 convince stores located nearby. The check in/out procedures were very easy. I like that they have lockers where the luggage can be stored before check in. The rooms were comfortable with the necessary amenities.
