The property is very new compared to the other buildings around it. Facilities are top notched as expected from a high end service apartment. Although the a/c remote has seen better days. The ceiling shower head could also use a little fixing. Since it’s located near the station, you’ll hear the station running around 5am. If you’re a light sleeper it’ll wake you up. Also the roads are quite busy during the day time. Expect some car noises as well. Not many restaurants around nearby or I didn’t explore enough. 7-11 is about 200m away which was pretty convenient. It’s directly in front of Yaek Tiwanon station amd easily accessible. The only drawback is the location from the city center (Siam) It’s about 40-60 mins by train and about 18km. If you like a quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this is the place for you to relax.

Hotel is in great location, but the he room is a bit small, staff are friendly and helpful.

Great place to stay. In fact loved it so much that I moved in permanently. Although the breakfast is disappointing if you are a westerner but the rooftop bar makes up for it.
