Nice room with kitchen. Comfy beds and pillows. 2 air conditioners. Good Wi-Fi. Gym and swimming pool. Restaurant was great, and room service was excellent . Breakfast was good. And friendly staff att front desk. Good price on room

I booked this hotel for my birthday break. The staff during the day are very difficult to get on with but the night staff are fantastic and very helpful. Limited choice of foods for both vegetarians and meat eaters The rooms are big but you will need to ask for it to resourced with things. The rooms are not sound proof so you will hear everything from cars driving past, to people leaving during the night. Taxi’s and cabs found it difficult to locate the hotel. I’d you don’t care about where you sleep it’s a nice hotel for a cheap price. Personally I wouldn’t recommend it until they change the surroundings.

Modern building, and appartment, but definitely not 5-star level, as advertised. Staff were polite and helpful. Pool was out of order during my stay which was not listed anywhere when I made the booking, and there was no TV in tje bedroom as per the photos. The apartment was basic, but the highlight was the big bed, which was really comfortable. Kitchen area and bathroom were a little tired. Overall a good short stay in BKK.

Excellent hotel , the rooms very clean, staff were friendly.

Very nice hotel, well managed rooms Unfortunately the traffic in front of hotel is decreasing the sleep quality. Breakfast is not even close to a 5 star hotel experience.

５スターとの記載がありますが、全く違いました。駅から近くて最高に便利ではありましたが、部屋は老朽化していて、想像とは異なりました。シャワーも生ぬるいお湯しか出ませんでした。 ベッドはすごく柔らかくて良かったです。
