I strongly do NOT recommend this hotel. The cleanliness is far below acceptable standards — the bed sheets had an unpleasant odor, and the room overall did not feel clean at all. Despite being a non-smoking room, there was a strong smell of smoke coming through the air conditioning, especially in the evening, which was extremely disturbing. The swimming pool had NO lifeguard, which is a serious safety concern. The biggest issue was the noise. The hotel hosts loud parties and events in the business hall downstairs, including live singers. The noise reaches ALL rooms regardless of the floor you are staying on due to the complete lack of sound insulation. You can even hear noises from outside clearly. We were NOT informed about these events in advance, and the noise continued until 2:30 AM. It was impossible to sleep. Overall, this hotel does not deserve more than a 2-star rating. Not even 5% of the advertised facilities are actually available or as described.
