Struttura molto bella e con una vista meravigliosa. Lo staff molto gentile e disponibile. Colazione abbondante e molto buona. La camera spaziosa con dettagli curati e letti comodi. Consiglio vivamente

The only thing that I was missing is daily room service

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Wirlpool. Die Terrasse war nur für uns bestimmt, noch mehr Privatsphäre kann man nicht haben. Die Aussicht vor allem in der Nacht auf beleuchtetes Ortahisar castle wunderbar (Zimmer 302) Das Frühstück, das Personal und die Anlage einfach nur bestklasse. Der einzige Nachteil ( vielleicht) die Treppen innerhalb der Anlage uns hat es aber nichts ausgemacht. Mit einem Mietwagen kommt auch noch 15-20 Minuten zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Region. 10 von 10 Punkte...!

The host family was amzing. They made sure to make our stay was as comfortable as possible and went out of their way to do so. Food was great, room was spacious, clean and beautiful. They provided us with pick up and drop off from goreme and urgup.

Lamentablemente, mi experiencia en este hotel no fue buena. La piscina no funcionaba, y el jacuzzi de mi habitación estaba sucio; al encenderlo, salió agua marrón. Hice una reserva para 6 personas, pero finalmente llegamos 7. Estaba dispuesta a pagar un extra razonable por la persona adicional, pero la encargada quiso cobrarme más del doble y fue muy poco colaborativa. Incluso me dijo que ‘no era su problema’. Llegamos a las 11 de la noche y, al estar lejos de todo, no teníamos más opciones, lo que claramente aprovecharon. La actitud de la dueña dejó mucho que desear. Lo único rescatable fue la comida, que estaba realmente buena

Beautiful property, full of character. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Staff were all excellent and helpful. Many spots to sit outside with wonderful views. Breakfast at restaurant was delicious! It was peaceful and quiet.

There is no a/c or fan. The weather we had was cool ranging from maybe 7C to 20C. We had to keep our door open for a while at night before going to bed to get it cool enough. We kept window open all night and that did help. Just be aware if you are there during hot weather. One of our rooms was lower and didn’t really get the breeze so it didn’t cool off very well.

1 gece kaldım. Sabahın 5inde uyandırılıp arabamı çekmem söylendi. Kahvaltı servisi eksik ve geç oldu. Fiyata göre eksik personel ve yetersiz alaka vardı. Daha çok aile işletmesi havasında bir otel. 7bin küsür lira ödeyip bu şekilde muamele görmek açıkçası üzücü oldu. Dinlenmek için gidip sabahın 5inde uyandırılmak çok saçma oldu. Otel otoparkı yok ve çevredeki tüm otellerin bu şekilde olduğu söyleniyor. Aracınız var ise ve rahatsız edilmek istemiyorsanız tercihiniz başka bir yer olsun. Merkezi değil ve fiyatını asla haketmiyor.
