The stay was excellent and different in every detail. The room, view, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere were amazing. Special thanks to Mohamed at the reception for his professional attitude, warm welcome, and outstanding support throughout our stay.

The bedroom was clean and tidy. Pool was lovely and staff at the poolside were great.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay. Throughout the night, there was constant loud noise coming from the room next door, which made it very difficult to get any rest. To make matters worse, housekeeping entered my room without permission while I was half-dressed, which was both embarrassing and completely unacceptable. I raised these concerns with the manager, Abdou, but was disappointed by his response. He appeared uninterested in resolving the issues and offered no meaningful goodwill gesture. The only solution suggested was a discounted rate for a future stay, which I did not find appropriate given the circumstances. I paid for a comfortable and professional experience and did not receive one. The breakfast experience was also very poor. The dining area was so overcrowded that guests were being directed to eat in the lounge because there was no available seating. The quality of the breakfast itself was disappointing as well. Overall, I found both the housekeeping standards and management response unacceptable. Rather than addressing my concerns seriously, I felt they were simply dismissed. I left feeling frustrated and very dissatisfied with the entire experience.

the building is new and clean and modern and nice decoration

first : the lady manager ( she was European I guess) was so rude and she nook on my room door very harshly to ask us for checkout and she didn't even bother to try to call by phone ! the phone in the room is very difficult to use with no guidance to main numbers such as room dinning , housekeeping etc , the housekeeping were very slow in responding and lastly the corner sofa that u see in the pictures for king room is not real ! when I asked the recipient he acknowledged that the picture is for suit ! and the manager said its for king room ! I the hotel is new but it obviously has a lack of good management , it is a 3 stars services !

التكييف كان سيء في الغرفة والفندق كامل حتى في الاستقبال والجو حار وتم اصلاحه مرتين دون فايدة ودورة المياه لايوجد بها شطاف فقط استخدام الكتروني
