O quarto estava bem sujo, principalmente o banheiro.. A senha nao funcionava, por sorte tinha alguem para ajudar com isso. O quarto é confortável, mas a questao da limpeza acabou pegando bastante...

There is no reception or any human being there to help you. There is no warm system, no room service, no food in the frezer.

O pior colchão que já usei na minha vida, parecia feito de concreto e não de espuma. No geral, o local poderia ter funcionalidades simples, como um guarda-roupa com cabides, nem isso tem. Lamentável.
