Nos comentaron en recepción que el desayuno estaba incluido, lo cual al llegar al restaurante nos dijeron que no era así. Gran decepción. La siguiente ocasión iremos a un hotel que cumpla sus promesas.

The staff went out of their way to be helpful. They always helped with a smile on their face they didnt act like we were being annoying or had attitude, which is not the norm, unfortunately.

Nice and clean hotel, everything close, beautiful view

The only negative about the hotel was that although it has a beautiful bar, the bar tender did not know how to prepare a cocktail. He did not take advise or recommendation from the paying customer. I specifically asked for a margarita that was not sweet or sugary. I was given a margarita that was syrupy and extremely sweet. I asked for a regular margarita with a small piece of pineapple and a few slices of jalapeño and I got an infused tequila that was the level of habanero. Impossible to drink. It burned the lips and throat on the first sip. I was charged for both drinks. As the bartender refused to return the first one and I ordered the second thinking he would get it right, not at all. Disappointing for sure. Hotel room was nice, clean and lines were a nice quality.
