Apenas a localização era boa.

De tudo. O lugar inteiro fede a esgoto, pois tem uma saída de esgoto bem na entrada, cheia de carangueijo. O quarto é minúsculo com um cheiro fortíssimo de mofo. As paredes e o chão estavam claramente sujas, os lençóis da cama estavam rasgados em vários lugares.
