I could recommend this motel if the following applies to you: you booked last minute and it's the only place with a room on this part of the coast and, you don't mind paying over $300 for a room that should cost $89 or stepping around mounds of bird guano at your front door, or the paper thin walls or the peeling vinyl floors or cleaning the coffee pot from the last guests or pillows that haven't been washed in a while and you're ok with some cigarette smoke wafting up from the patio bellow because it is a bit better than sleeping in your car. My room had a DVD player, though, so there's that.

The place was pretty decent, a little outdated. The wow factor was the view of the water and the location. The fridge need to be replaced as it kept going off and making weird noises during the night.

Don’t stay here! Not as advertised! The rooms are absolutely disgusting and look nothing like the pictures! We didn’t even have a shower curtain!

Check in is a 4:00pm and if you arrive early and need a bathroom they do not have one you can use. Have to go up the street to use porta potty! The cabin was nice with full kitchen but no view. It is right by the beach stairs access.

Hard to get to beach

Very dated Needs upgrade and renovation Bathroom not clean TV did not work so had to call management 2 times Loved the balcony and view!

Terimore location view was awesome. Hotel is older and the ocean i am sure has been part of the aging. No air condition, balcony screen door was broken and could not use as it was leaning against the wall. Office closed most of the time, could not request fan for room. Coffee pot and maker was disgusting. We gave it a good cleaning ourselves. Not many places close to eat. Beds were almost worn out. Long hairs found in sheets.

Pros: Beautiful location very close to the beach, peaceful, our unit was freshly updated, very clean, hot water. Cons: The kitchen had less than essentials. No cutting knives, 1 glass for 4 people, definitely not ok for cooking, other than re-heating food in microwave. There is a sofa sleeper but no fitted sheet provided. Office is open for limited hours. No broom or towel for the floor to clean up and keep unit clean of debris when coming from beach. Very limited parking.

Bay view , watching the sunset. The room could be a little cleaner. I have to wipe everything. Bed was comfortable, enough pillows. Only thing was the bec makes too much noise. Receptionist was friendly.
