I liked its location, the kitchen upstairs, the staff and its cleanliness.

I found the bed too hard for me, but I know bed preferences are individual. Also, there are no sheer curtains, only block out ones. Guests are obliged to live in darkness or turn on the lights if they want any privacy from staff or other guests walking past the room. It wouldn’t be a great expense to add some sheer curtains: just a suggestion 😊

This place is spotlessly clean and well-run. Staff were polite and helpful. Location is good. Wifi in my room worked fine. It has communal cooking facilities if you want to cook for yourself. It's a few minutes' walk from the lake shore and the boats to Santiago Atitlan and the other towns. It felt safe. It's down a narrow alleyway, off the side of another alleyway (Callejon Quenon), which can be accessed from either of the two main streets in town (Santander and Rancho Grande) Some people have written here that they found this intimidating, but the alleys run through popular neighbourhoods, with lots of houses and small shops; I don't think you're likely to be mugged here..

It's not sign-posted at all and is hard to find; I had to ask several times. My room gave on to an outside corridor and the window had no frosting or net curtains, so I had to keep the curtains drawn the whole time for privacy. My room had a good fan but no aircon.

Extremely clean, staff are helpful and nice quiet location. Smart TV and aircon are a big bonus. Good kitchen.

Great value fir money. Quiet location. Do not expect luxury.

Absolutely loved my stay in Panajachel here! The location is perfect, it's in a quiet alleyway right next to the main street where you can find plenty of restaurants & local markets. The place was also a short 10-min walk to the nearest boat dock so that was very convenient to visit other towns. The place was safe, clean, with gorgeous rooftop views - I'd totally recommend staying here!

Nothing! The wifi was a bit spotty from inside the rooms, but it worked fine in the common areas.

Nice staff, and it has a great roof terrace with views to the volcanoes. I have stayed here before and will stay here again.
