July Apartments

very chill spot

I recently stayed at July Apartments and had a really pleasant experience. The apartment was clean, spacious, modern, and well-equipped with all the essentials. The option for a full kitchen in the lobby was a plus, which was perfect for preparing a few meals during my stay. The air conditioning worked great and the Wi-Fi was reliable throughout. The location on Illidge Road is super convenient—close to grocery stores, and just a short drive from town and Bush Road with multiple restaurant options. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is lack of an installed elevator, the stairs are a lot to walk and being next to a conference center makes it hard to sleep if there are events. Which there were two on the nights I stayed there, once which kept me up until 2:30am. It would be nice if persons make the apartment owners aware of events so they can let guests know. Overall, I’d happily stay here again!

This property is a jewel! They had a very clean room for us, a mini fridge, and a full kitchen for us to use. The stairs are the only downfall but the staff makes up for it! Their prices are a real bonus too!

I would give it a 5 for the staff, as they were amazing!! Not having an elevator was the only down side. You have 4 flights of stairs but the rooms are amazing! If you want clean, friendly, and comfort them choose this hotel!!

Josef at front seat was over the top acomdating and helpful. Scheduled and introduced us to a great driver who made sure we saw the entire island and get us to the ship on last day

Very well maintained property with friendly and helpful staff. I would recommend this property if you are looking for something quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the normal touristy spots.

Friendly and secure property away from the noisy tourist areas. There are a few dining options nearby, but if you're an adventurous soul, the public bus stops right outside. I had a wonderful time exploring the island on this bus system.

I really enjoyed the cleanliness of the property and the staff being so friendly. They even remembered my name and would greet me with such. The only con is the number of steps you have to climb
