Bonair Hotel

We didn’t even stay in the hotel that we’d paid for, the carpets were filthy, no meals to eat in hotel,charged us for parking and it said it was for free. Bed linen was fiilfy, shower didn’t work properly, wanted to get another hotel but we didn’t want to leave the room. Didn’t go out to get food as we were worried that we wouldn’t be able to get back in and fry isn’t feel it was safe enough to leave our luggage

got a upgrade but the kettle was rusty inside

Unable to stay at the property,no staff when checking in, dirty room and unsanitary bathroom poor security on the room doors. Smoking in the property.not a pleasant experience at all.truly disappointing experience.

Clean enough and you get what you pay for.

Just stayed 1 night , 1, no hand towel to dry your hands. 2the bed and mattress was that old and stained. 3 pillow stained. Think they need to revamp the hotel, would not stay again.

Had a lot of trouble unlocking door to room, had trouble finding anyone to help even had to phone up to get someone out ( no one on site) the man who did come was very helpful and polite, but we shouldn't of had to wait, also the tv in our room worked,but had no sound, and the radiator didn't work

Room had a smell, the cattle’s were not working , the heating system was not working and the room service was really poor
