場所も分かりやすく商業施設も近くにあり便利でした。 新幹線の遅延で到着が遅くなりましたが気持ちよく対応していただき感謝しております。 ウェルカムドリンクやお茶漬け、ドリンクサービスも利用させて頂き　とてもよかったです。 年に数回はこちらに来るのでまた利用したいです。お世話になりました。ありがとうございました。

The hotel itself feels a little old. There was a water mark outside the bathroom door that was a little off putting. But overall I was happy for the price. It’s an easy walk from the train station, there are loads of dining options nearby, and you can walk through a long shopping arcade all the way to Himeji castle. Would definitely stay here again.
