Eque Heritage Hotel & Resort

In a peaceful compound with a lot of greenery around, the staff is helpful, the restaurant is reasonably good and the place is clean.

The rooms are overpriced, compared to similar hotels in Bangladesh. The beds have a futon like mattress and are uncomfortable,the carpets and furniture are worn out.

There are certain observations regarding the conduct of the hotel staff that raise concerns. Addressing these issues could enhance the overall experience for guests.

When I booked a room from booking.com no requirement was needed except NID or Passport but your staff wanted me badly marriage certificate that impressed me.

No requirement is needed except booking.com required.

It was very good place. Beautiful

Excellent location close to the airport and local bazaar. Room service is excellent and the food ordered is very good and not expensive. Quantities are pretty big. Room was made up and toilets cleaned perfectly when requested. Bath area needs to be reorganized for example using the shower will leave water all over the bathroom.

Employees need to communicate better in English and be more presentable and smile. Hot water not hot enough and had to bath in almost cold water for the couple of days I was there.
