Our trip was about visiting historic and scenic places in Cambridge, Suffolk & Norfolk. The Hole in the Wall is located within an hour's drive of all the places we had on our list, eg Duxford Air Museum, Ickworth House, Audley End House, Bury St Edmunds. It's a charming, old, well maintained pub in the countryside outside Cambridge, specifically in the tiny villages of The Wilbrahams. Our comfortable, cozy and immaculately clean room is located in the newer extension that blends well with the original building. The staff are so warm, friendly and welcoming, making our stay a very happy memory. This review would not be complete without mentioning the food served here. The menu gave us plenty of excellent choices for the week, and their Sunday roast is superb. Many thanks for a wonderful, relaxing.week. We would definitely return, and highly recommend The Hole in the Wall, Little Wilbraham.

Cute decor and friendly staff. We wanted a country pub that we could eat at and stay, and this delivered.

Not great value as our room was a little like sleeping in a shed or caravan! Bed wasn’t that comfortable.. mattress felt like foam. Not much room to move around.

Friendly, helpful staff. Charming location and room with huge bathtub. Easy parking and pleasant20 minute walk to alternative resto pub if this one is closed for food.

Slow breakfast service but full English was very good. Shower in room was disappointing but bath tub great. Heating inadequate during cold weather

Fire exit light in bedroom too bright. Should be in corridor not bedroom.
