AB Ljubljana - Breg Apartments

Great location, comfortable apartment. I hope to be back.

More dishes (cups glasses, plates knives) would be nice, it feels silly to run the dishwasher for just a few dishes or silverware. But it’s either that or handwash.

The apartment was located in the heart of the new town and very close to all the restaurants & attractions and the main train & bus stations. The facilities in the apartment were excellent and the apartment manager was very helpful with all the queries I had. She gave excellent recommendations and also helped call the taxi for my transfer. Everything was provided: washing machine, kitchenette, a/c, coffee machine.

1) disappointed that it was a sofa bed and not an actual bed. I wasn’t able to get good sleep & rest while I was there. And considering the price, they could’ve put in a real bed/ a Murphy bed. 2) the neighbors upstairs were noisy and because there are restaurants downstairs, it was hard to cancel the noise too. Not the apartments fault but maybe they can consider soundproofing the windows. 2) it’s a heritage building so there wasn’t a lift. Might want to be mindful of your luggage.

Good location, helpful Suzana the host. Good bathroom with washing machine. Well appointed kitchen. Overlooks river, walkway and castle. Tasteful arty studio apartment.

Bed was a fold out sofa bed. Needs instructions for items in apartment but Suzana helped us out. No lighting in stairwell.

The bed was pull out lounge which we did not find comfortable. We are mid 60s so our fault for not doing sufficient research.

What a fabulous exoerience!! Susanna was a perfect communicator! We loved our stay!!!
