Treebo Vista Lago With Lake View

Great location and friendly staff. Special thanks to Vimal for taking good care of us.

1. Booked a certain room but were given a smaller room since the larger ones were "booked out". 2. The property did not have laundry facilities even though it was advertised as having laundry. 3. Breakfast timings are not upheld. Even though it's advertised as 8:30-10:30, we frequently were given breakfast only after 9. Had to call staff each day to check on breakfast time. 4. There is construction going on at the property. So we did not frequently have electricity or a couple of hours in the afternoon. 5. The bedsheets were frayed and need replacing,even though clean.

Bad behaviour

The view from the hotel was outstanding... It's a great home stay option if you are travelling with your partner/family. Also, the food was tasty and the staffs were very helpful. Would definitely recommend to stay in this property.

Everything was good except the unavailability of AC's in the rrom and the approach road to the hotel.

The staff was very rude, service was poor they take 1hour to even bring water bottles

The location was fantastic , on top of the hill overlooking Bhimtaal lake. The rooms were well furnished , clean and had all facilities. The rooms had ample view of the lake , both from within and from the balcony.

The drive up to the property is through a very narrow road which will be difficult to negotiate for drivers who are new to hills . At some parts only a single car can pass and one has to back up to a more broad potion of the road to allow the other vehicle to pass.

Location.

There was no Almirah in the room to hang your cloths. No fixture in the bathroom for hanging your cloths. Remote of TV was missing. Tea bags, milk powder, sugar etc. not kept in advance. There were a lot of flies in the dinning hall which made it difficult for us to eat lunch. We took our dinner outside. We carried luggage on our own from parking to room and back.
