Poor customer service, so rude and not helpful.

Smelly room with lots of ants and spiders. No one is available at the reception in case of emergency. If you don't have Internet or phone to contact them, you are helpless. We had an emergency problem to open the door in the middle of the night, and no one answered the phone to help us to open the door.

Looks newly renovated.

I normally don't bother to leave bad reviews, but this one I had to. I arrived at midnight on Saturday and stayed 5 nights. The pinned address on Google map they sent me was wrong, it was the next building. It was very hard to find in the dark. AC was malfunctioning when I checked in, the patio doors were locked. It was 30 degrees in the room. The phone number to contact the staff on the wall is not a functioning number. It took multiple communications by emails and via booking.com the next day (Sunday) for them to finally send someone. Two staffs came to look at the AC and couldn't make it work. They wanted to talk me into waiting until Monday for the maintenance to come. I insisted if they don't fix it before I come back, I will cancel the booking and stay somewhere else. They finally got the maintenance to come, but still they denied anything wrong with the AC, basically telling me I don't know how to operate the AC as if I am from a village. There is an expresso machine, but no coffee pods are provided. Only instant coffee is available. So the machine is only for decoration. There was cockcoach in my bathroom in one of the nights. No comforter available, only a bed cover served as a blanket that looks like it has never been washed and made my feet itch.
