Вкусные завтраки, местоположение отличное. Персонал вежливый. Номера чистые и уютные.

Побывав в этом отеле, я поняла, что слово «отдых» может звучать по-новому. С первого шага в лобби я ощутила атмосферу уюта и заботы. Персонал встречает с улыбкой, которая кажется искренней, а не дежурной. Номер — безупречно чистый, с тонким ароматом свежести и продуманными деталями, которые делают пребывание особенно комфортным: от мягкого пледа на кресле до идеального матраса, на котором я спала как никогда в жизни. Завтраки здесь заслуживают отдельного романа — разнообразие блюд радует глаз, а вкус возвращает в детство, когда еда была приготовлена с любовью. Территория отеля — это оазис тишины: утренние лучи солнца скользят по зелени сада, а вечером можно наслаждаться видом на закат с бокалом вина. Этот отель — не просто место для ночлега. Это маленький мир, где ты чувствуешь себя желанным гостем. Вернусь сюда снова, и не один раз!

Vicino alla stazione del treno, camera spaziosa e pulita. Bella e rilassante la piscina. Buona e variegata la colazione.

The swimming pool was good. Also, I like that they have national place for tea in their restaurant.

I feel it is my public duty to warn everyone about our horrific experience at this hotel. Our stay was not just unpleasant, it was genuinely dangerous. The first issue was in our room, number 206. We were disgusted to find a bed bug in the bedding. This alone is a sign of terrible hygiene standards, but unfortunately, it wasn't even the worst part of our stay. While by the pool, my brother was bitten by a tick. We managed to take a clear photo of it (attached to this review). After getting the tick identified from the photo, it was confirmed to be a species known for carrying the deadly Crimean-Congo Hemorrhagic Fever. The fact that such dangerous pests are present in an area where guests are supposed to relax is absolutely unacceptable and negligent. And then, it all became crystal clear. We finally understood why this was the only hotel in all of Uzbekistan (we went to Bukhara, Samarkand and Tashkent during our trip) that demanded full prepayment from us, rather than allowing payment upon checkout like every other respectable establishment. They are obviously aware of their disgusting and dangerous conditions and want to lock in your money before you discover the truth. Do not risk your health and safety. Stay away from this hotel. It is a genuine health hazard.

We loved the location near the train station, very convenient if you arrive by train. However be aware than you are 20 minutes by cab from the city centre. The staff was very nice - we negociated a late check in with the reception, the pool people and the cleaning lady very nice too. Breakfast is various and good.

Be aware that the swimming pool can be open during the day to people not staying at the hotel so there was some moments during the day with families and loud music from the cars they parked nearby.
