Bright Spacious 3-bed with office & patio, Preston

Spacious rooms, clean.

I wanted a washer dryer as that was what was advertised- my nephew is med student in Preston and I wanted to wash and dry his clothes and cook for him whilst I was there. The whole purpose of the trip was to help him, but the machine was broken and it wasn’t a dryer - therefore misleading, and highly inconvenient.

Not clean dust on work tops the two outside bins overflowing one bed looked like someone been sleeping in it low on pots and pans for cooking

It was really dirty do not stay in this property.

Relatively spacious, clean and comfortable.

Bedding could be better. Definitely needs larger towels. Placemats for the glass table would be advisable.

Spacious property, highly decorated throughout. Clean and tidy. Lots of towels provided. Staff on hand when the WiFi didn’t work and they were really helpful.

plenty of supplies - toilet roll, tea bags sugar etc owners contacted us to make sure we’d managed to gain access and that everything was ok

parking on the street was a bit difficult but we did manage to get a space close by eventually

The house was clean and comfortable. The television and wifi worked well. The house is close to shops and there is a bus stop for the city centre close by. The TLCStay team were very friendly and helpful. The damage deposit was refunded promptly.

There could have been more cutlery provided.
