AVES Hotel&Apartment Arosa

Stylisches Hotel mit freundlichem Personal an super Lage. Zimmer war sauber und modern. Essen und Service sehr gut.

Zimmer waren eher ringhörig.

Zentrale Lage, sehr gutes Frühstück, sehr nettes Personal , unkompliziertes Check-In/-Out, Parkplatz in Tiefgarage

Zimmer nicht sehr gross hat aber gereicht zu unserem kurzen Aufenthalt, 3 Nächte

The location was convenient for the slopes. The staff were pleasant. The tv in the room was v large with an excellent choice of channels.

The rooms were exceptionally over warm and even turning the heating as low as possible did not help. This made sleep very difficult. Other guests I spoke to had the same issue. There were no bedside lamps and no switch to turn the main lights off near to the bed. There was no cleaning service for the room which at this price point I would definitely expect. Even clean towels or extra toilet paper had to be collected from reception. The breakfast buffet was very uninspired. There were only two coffee machines each of which only brewed one cup at once and that very slowly leading to long queues as breakfast was generally very busy.

Schöne Zimmer, sehr freundliches Personal, alles sehr unkompliziert. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Gute Lage, Bergbahnen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants zu Fuss erreichbar.

Der Wellnessbereich ist für die Hotelgrösse etwas klein.

Sehr schönes Zimmer mit Seesicht, klar, dass da auch Menschen unterwegs sind, Aussicht hat uns aber mehr als entschädigt. Sehr gute Pflegemittel im Bad. Sehr feines Frühstück.
