Clean and comfortable. Also quiet when considering it’s above a pub.

The location and value was great. The Hotel is perfectly fine and didn't have a noise issue. Though I was on the second floor of rooms. I didn't try the food there but it looked like good pub grub and a good happy hour with a nice little outdoor seating area to chill in as well as the comfy interior. An easy, under 5min walk to buses, trains and the main street and shops.

A shame there wasn't a mini fridge in the room and a power point by the desk otherwise it had the basics and was perfectly suitable for a short couple of nights stay. There are stairs as the access to the rooms so beware if you have mobility issues.
