Villa Casa Agua

Die Villa an sich ist wunderschön. Maria war jederzeit erreichbar und um unser Wohlbefinden bemüht (Bsp.: Probleme mit dem WLAN wurden am Tag schnellstmöglich beseitigt)

- 10min vom Meer entfernt - am Meer aktuell Seegras-Plage (kann die Villa natürlich nichts dafür) - keine Grundausstattung wie Salz, Pfeffer - Pool wird nicht beheizt

Das Haus war für uns als Familie mit vier Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern perfekt. Es liegt in einer sicheren, sehr gepflegten und bewachten Anlage, der schöne Strand ist in nur drei Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Das Haus ist modern, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet – für sechs Personen wirklich ideal. Tische und Stühle für drinnen und draußen sind ausreichend vorhanden. Ein Fön im Bad wäre noch wünschenswert gewesen, ansonsten hat es uns an nichts Wesentlichem gefehlt. Der Kontakt über WhatsApp war schnell, unkompliziert und sehr freundlich – vielen Dank für die tolle Betreuung aus der Ferne! Persönlich getroffen haben wir lediglich den Poolboy. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden das Haus definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Der Preis war nicht in US-Dollar sondern in mexikanischen Peso über PayPal zu bezahlen. Dadurch sind uns Mehrkosten von ca. 108 Euro entstanden. Das war bei Booking anders angegeben und es gab im Vorfeld viele Unstimmigkeiten auch mit Booking! Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, jedoch fehlt eine grundlegende Basisausstattung (keine Spülmaschinentabs, kein Salz/Pfeffer, keine Geschirrtücher, nur ein Satz Handtücher, kaum Klopapier, kein Fön). Für fünf Tage mussten wir alles selbst kaufen und Handtücher waschen. Eine gewisse Grundausstattung und zusätzliche Handtücher sollten in einem Ferienhaus selbstverständlich sein.

Place is well equipped! We had everything what we needed. It’s in calm area. You can really relax. It was only 3 of us and space was even too big for us. Host is amazing. Price for the place is fair. I really recommend this place.

This is a great villa with a private pool and lovely huge rooftop terrace. It is a well equipped, comfortable, and huge property. We felt very secure as it is inside a guarded property / golf club area with restaurants nearby and a nice beach just 2 min away by car.

On the map, it does not show the right location and after you get the right location , you realize that you will not be at the spot you thought you will be! That is the only thing that is kind of not OK !

The house is spacious and beautiful. The pool was refreshing. We were grateful for the free WiFi and free parking. We truly enjoyed our stay. Some suggestions: Better communication to the security guards about guests coming would help. Many of the guards were not even aware of this property, and none of them spoke English. We had trouble getting through the two gates on more than one occasion. It would help to add the following for guest use: vegetable peeler, can opener, electric dishwasher soap, paper towels, cleaning products, replacement trash liners, mixing bowls, and dish cloths. Booking is very difficult if your arrival is after hours. We had to wire money for payment. More payment options should be considered, including allowing Expedia to be a payment broker, instead of only “pay at property.” The property manager should be more accessible prior to arrival. It took awhile for us to connect with the property manager, but once we could text with them, it worked out fine. There were no checkout instructions. The pool pump required repair while we were there, so we only accessed the pool at the start of our trip.
