Holiday Park Santa Ponsa

Loved where abouts this hotel is. However having a baby struggled with no lift and lots of stairs. Also no air con in rooms was a major struggle

Struttura troppo datata, senza aria condizionata e mille scalini per arrivare alla stanza.. senza ascensore. Materassi terribili, troppo vecchi e usurati. Evitate se potete.

Tout d'abord, l'hôtel est très bien placé. Le personnel de l'accueil est très agréable. Cependant, nous avons eu de nombreux problèmes durant notre séjour (9 jours). La première chose, qui n'est absolument pas précisé dans les annonces de l'hôtel, est qu'il faut payer la taxe de séjour en espèces UNIQUEMENT. Ensuite, nous avons été surpris d'apprendre que la climatisation était payante, 7€ par jour; bien que nous ayons par la suite pu voir que cette information était spécifiée dans l'annonce (rubrique "taxes"). A notre arrivée, le frigo n'était pas froid, nous avons voulu le mettre à fond mais nous avons dû attendre le lendemain pour qu'il soit à la bonne température. Au réveil de la deuxième journée, nous observons plusieurs punaises de lit, nous avons été piqué une vingtaine de fois chacun sur le corps; immédiatement apèrs avoir découvert cela, nous avons fait nos valises dans le but de changer de chambre, le personnel de l'accueil a été très compréhensif, nous a payé la laverie pour toutes nos affaires, mais nous avons quand même perdu une journée. Cet incident nous a fait remarqué que cet établissement n'était pas adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite (ascenceur en panne et passage obligatoire par la piscine ce qui rend l'accessiblité compliquée, avec énormément d'escaliers). Des odeurs noséanbondes remontent dans les appartements par les canalisations. Ces appartements ne sont PAS DU TOUT insonorisés, toutes les nuits, nous avons été réveillés à cause du bruit.

Basic but nice apartments and good pool. Noisy at night and location not the best. Walking distance to town centre snd very nice beach.

The hotelstaff and receptionist gives excellent service and the hotel is ok considering it is a two star hotel. kitchen supplies were limited even if the hotel info said that it was going to be a kitchen that you could use for fx simple cooking. Enough to be able to have breakfast in but you could hardly sit 4 people around the table on the balcony and glasses and cutlery were also limited. Unfortunately we missed that the hotel was situated in the middle of the British/irish bar street making the location maybe not the best for a family vacation. Close to the santa ponsa main beach.

The place would definitely a refreshment. There are things of concern like hard beds, minimal setup in kitchen accessories, ac (optional and expensive) was unreliable and leaked water, the latter was quickly handled by staff but a few days later it started again. A few painting or at least something on the walls would be nice. Pool area was great! Need to secure your beds pretty early but thats normal everywhere today.. The best thing about this place is definitely the location at the end of a busy street.. so you have what u need close by but it was quite enough for a good sleep at night.. Oh.. and not to forget.. the Staff!! Very friendly and taking care of us and the few problems we had.. nice to the kids and generally easy going,, felt like a small family hotel even if it has plenty of apartments. Well done! Make sure to keep them because it really compensates the less good stuff.. Would go again..!

The hotel is really nice! Cleaning of the rooms every second/third day. It was also clean outside and around the pool area too. The staff were polite and nice – especially Valerio who was very service minded and helpful with everything we needed. I have only positive things to say about the hotel and its staff! The only negative experience for us was the very loud and inconsiderate British and Irish tourists which are unfortunately everywhere in Mallorca and not just at this hotel…
