Fairly new construction so all amenities were new and had no problems. Room and bed were very comfortable and staff were very friendly and accomodating

"Would never stay there again!!"

The large common room behind our bedroom door was the saving grace of our stay.

For a start the 'booking.com' site said the property was in Wanaka...it wasn't....it was in AlbertTown some 5-10 mins away? Second the room was the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in...no bench space to put suitcases on, no table between beds or even beside beds to put anything on...tiny bathroom etc. etc. I know it wasn't expensive but we stayed in similar priced places during our holiday in NZ and they had plenty of room and plenty of facilities?

Die Anlage ist modern gehalten und verfügt über eigene Parkplätze. In unserem Zimmertyp gab es 2 Eingänge - einen nach draußen und einen zu den Gemeinschaftsräumen. Die Küche sah sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet aus (wurde von uns aber nicht genutzt). Das Bett war schön groß und bequem. Für jede Seite gab es auch ein kleines Licht (in der Wand eingelassen), dass man nach Bedarf drehen konnte. In dem "Block" in dem unsere Zimmer lagen, gibt es einen Supermarkt, einen Spirituosenladen, einen Waschsalon, einen Schnellimbis, der jedoch auch ein Restaurant hat und einen fantastischen französischen Bäcker. Hier könnte man auch länger bleiben, (wenn es einem nicht so wichtig ist, dass man seine Kleidung aufhängen kann) Die Lage ist zwar etwas außerhalb von Wānaka, aber das erreicht man mit dem Auto auch relativ schnell. Sehr gut ist die Lage aber dafür, wenn man Schnellboot fahren möchte (go Jets Wanaka - empfehlen wir sehr), das liegt nur kurz über der Brücke, oder eben den Clutha River besuchen möchte.

Good location, new house

I had a broken bed in my room. It was sooo uncomfortable I woke up feeling so sore. Management didn’t even bother about any compensation. Not even a coffee voucher or a pastry to say sorry. I’m very disappointed. Also no aircon in each room it could get very stuffy
