Reception helped us with our luggage with a smile. So much character to the hotel. We were in the older section. Our rooms were a nice size with a beautiful bathroom. We were given water and the popular custard cups. Beatrice was so sweet and explained things to us. Her colleagues explained where breakfast ( included) would be served..It was surprisingly plentiful! We really liked it and what a great location. Walk in either direction for restaurant and entertainment and shopping.
