Nice apartment located on higher floor (4th) with good oceanview, very close to the beach, promenade and ocean swimming pools complex. Calm and quiet neighbourhood. Kitchen well equiped (with separate utility room with laundry); big and comfortable bed, big TV with Netflix option, blackout curtains in the bedroom and livingroom, USB socket embeded in sofa. Garage is in the same building, which was very important for me (however access to the garage is rather narrow - because of pillars - and requires very, very careful and slow entry/exit). Apartment located close to the big shopping mall and to bus stop (Funchal centre is located not so close, about 1 hour walk). Caring and responsive host. No problems with access as I had received detailed videos how to reach apartment and garage. I enjoyed the stay very much, it was good choice for me.

Beautiful view from the window. Spacious, comfortable apartments equipped with everything you need. There is a beach with natural pools nearby. A shopping center is a 7-minute walk away. Very good location of the apartments.

The property is close to the Lido Promenade and the views of the Madeira sunset from the balcony are stunning. The apartment is in a well maintained building and had all we needed for a very comfortable stay. The communications with the rental company were very good. They sent videos via WhatsApp to show us how to enter the building and the apartment, where the garbage facilities were located, and other useful information. Lots of pros and no cons. We will certainly look to rebook next year.

Location was very convenient, supermarket around the corner and several restaurants in walking distant. The bus stop was very close , also the aero bus to take you to the aero port was within walking distance.

Location was okay, clean and functional.

Cooking things in the kitchen are not good. Pots and cuttery are in a bad condition. Window blinds are not in a good condition, must be repaired during our stay.

Very quiet, calm and relaxed place with gorgeous oceanview and rock. There are plenty of restaurants around with good food, and nice supermarket in shopping mall nearby. The place is also not far from centerof Funchal, just 15-20 minutes. The apartment was very nice - well equipped and clean. The bed was comfy, the balcony with a view has it all.
