Kathmandu Aagantuk Hotel

Great hotel, quiet, clean, located in Thamel and close to all the shopping places and restaurants. Shower was nice and hot. There are 2 bottles of water and instant coffee in the room. They have a small pretty garden where you can eat or just sit down and relax. I will definitely stay here again

A charming hotel quietly tucked away in a peaceful back alley, offering a welcome escape from the busy, noisy streets. Surrounded by a lush green garden, it creates a relaxing and cozy atmosphere. The staff are warm and friendly, making the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it delivers excellent value for money.

Excellent stay here, staff were friendly, room was nicely decorated and comfortable. They organised the Everest mountain flight plus sightseeing tour with no problem. The food was delicious as well. Cannot fault

had a really pleasant stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Every request I had was accommodated promptly, which made my stay very comfortable. The room was spacious and well-suited for a solo traveller, with everything I needed. One of the highlights was the lovely garden area, where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The menu offers a wide variety of options, so there’s something for everyone. The location is also ideal — close enough to Thamel to easily walk to everything, but far enough to avoid the noise and chaos of the main area. Overall, though, a very enjoyable experience thanks to the excellent staff, comfortable space, and great location.

The only downside was the noise insulation, which could be improved. Unfortunately, I had some noisy neighbours during my stay, and the sound carried quite easily through the walls.
