Terasu Riviera Maya Hotel & Spa Luxury Edition, en Xcaret

Pasamos aquí una noche antes de regresar a casa. Después de haber estado siempre al lado de la laguna o el mar pensamos que una habitación entre la selva sería algo diferente. Los comentarios sobre los changos hicieron atractivo este hotel y la verdad es que fue un acierto total. Todo el personal es muy amable. Fanny, Nemesio, Fernando y el personal del restaurant. Todos se preocuparon mucho por atendernos en todo lo que necesitamos. Tuvimos incluso servicio de café en nuestro cuarto. Después del desayuno tuvimos la suerte de poder ver muy de cerca a los changos (son salvajes, no son parte del hotel). Es un hotel sencillo y pequeño (9 habitaciones), pero con un servicio excelente. Muchas gracias por todo. Con gusto regresaremos en otra ocasión.

Rien tout était parfait

Todo fue de 19, el personal muy amables, profesionales y atentos. El lugar súper acogedor, limpio y el servicio restaurante súper bueno todo. la ensalada de higos , tomate y burrata IMPRESIONANTE, ..tidocen general, y además el regalo de ver los Monos y darles de comer.... muy relajante.. solo pudimos quedarnos una noche ya que esta completo, pero me hubiera quedado mas dias. sin duda ni un resort merece la pena, tanto como alojarte aqui en la tranquilidad de la selva.

Very unique property. Staff is super helpful and friendly. Made the stay comfortable. Helped us with getting to Xcaret safely via shuttle. Property is in the jungle so must be ok with bugs, lizards, iguanas and monkeys in the area. Lobby and pool were outside directly beside rooms. Bed was clean and comfortable, shower was hot. Nice and close the all Xcaret parks making it very convenient to attend. Would stay again if going to the parks! Thank you!

So close to Xcaret hotels and parks, quiet and peaceful place, friendly staff GREAT service and very attentive personnel

We loved it! Best stay in Mexico, or maybe ever! The people from the hotel, Fernando and Fanny, were the kindest people. We loved waking up with the monkeys on the balcony and feeding them before breakfast. One of the baby monkey’s even climbed on my shoulder because he was curious. We felt so comfortable and at home. We went to the XCARET park during our stay, which is not far from the hotel. We catched a shuttle (because of the heat) and Fernando brought us to the stop and also picked us up at night. We ended up staying another night because we loved it so much!

Absolutely loved it! We will visit again! The pool was really relaxing and everything was really well maintained.

This property is small, tranquil, and just lovely. We have stayed at the huge Cancun resorts and this was our first time in Playa Del Carmen. We chose this hotel for its great reviews and close proximity to Xcaret. The staff at Terasu Riviera Hotel is incredible! We arrived late at night due to flight delay, and Fernando was waiting in the entrance for us and took our bags and walked us to our room. The next day we met Fanny at breakfast and she helped us plan our day at Xcaret. Fernando indicated he would walk us to the bus that would take us to Xcaret and waited there with us. Xcaret is amazing and the best part is the show that runs from 7-9 pm. We arrived on the bus and there was Fernando ready to walk us back to our room. A gentleman named Jorge heard our delighted reaction at spotting spyder monkeys at breakfast and he lured them over with bananas and allowed us to feed them. Another member of their staff, Enemencio went out of his way to provide us with anything we needed. Fanny arranged for a taxi to take us to dinner in town and gave us a restaurant recommendation that was perfect. We received a text that night from Fernando offering to send a taxi for us and we were so relieved as it got late. Also, we had no idea until our last night that their chef is so talented and we had the best dinner there! (Pizza made in a wood burning oven). Aside from the incredible staff, the hotel is set in the jungle and it is a refreshing change from huge, busy hotels with loud music.
