EVERY staff member was welcoming, friendly, and professional. The desk staff, ESPECIALLY Adonca was extraordinarily supportive, welcoming, and patient. You should be VERY PROUD of this special woman!

Can’t think of a thing and I don’t usually comment on hotel stays. It was a WONDERFUL TIME!

"Nice, but I won't be back"

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was awesome, and the room was well taking care of but the windows. The windows looking outside was dirty, the last guest drew lil pictures.

It was no where near Bourbon Street. It was a 22 minute walk to get to the party side. I didn't see nothing that said I had to pay for parking, that's crazy. I'm a guest and still had to pay for parking at the hotel I'm a guest at. Our bathroom door would not shut nor lock. When u close it, it slowly opens itself. We had to put a towel down to stop it. Room 319. Last but not least, the view was horrible out our room
