"Beautiful hotel and staff"

I liked the friendly staff and fellow guests. I really liked how modern the hotel was. This hotel is within walking distance to everything, but it's not in the middle of all the all the hustle and bustle. There's also 2 grocery stores right down the street about 4 blocks... which was convenient. Our room had a nice balcony. Breakfast was included.

I just wish there was a tub in the washroom. Also, one of the pillow cases had stains, and we saw a piece of popcorn on the table. I'm glad I had my clorox wipe and lysol. The room definitely appeared to be clean at first glance. I think it had been cleaned but not well enough for me.

We enjoyed our stay and the staff were wonderful. We came for a 2 night stay riding the Amtrak Mardi Gras and the staff allowed us to drop our bags off and we were able to get an earlier check-in. The hotel was clean and they had a good breakfast with lots of variety each morning.

Third time's the charm. My first time booking at this spot. I think this will be my go-to stay whenever in New Orleans. Room was spacious, clean, included a microwave, and empty fridge. Breakfast offered a nice variety. Made Mardi Gras a breeze.

Everything went well. Elevators are slow/busy at times. Parking was pricy but worth the safety and convenience.

"Best spot in the Big Easy!"

This is the best spot in the city. Walking access to two streetcar lines and the French Quarter. Not to mention all the delights of the Marigny and Bywater. Rooms are clean, staff is exceptional, and the breakfast is great for families.

The hotel was in a great location for Mardi Gras. We were able to find street parking on a regular basis. It was quiet and clean. The staff were friendly and responsive.

I wish they had a restaurant or food for lunch and dinner closer by. The quarter is right there but was sketchy to walk at night by yourself to get food.
