The staff are great, for the price and a small motel it's the best option in Sacramento.

The room was moldy and a dirty look to it I refused to stay in such a horrific condition I asked for a refund to make sure I wouldn’t have to stay at such a crazy setup the was mold on the ceiling when you walk thru the doors then then was burn holes on the bed and couch the cover for the bed was filthy but the had a cover where you couldn’t see if it was dirty or not. Had a discussion with the a worked at 1am he said we could canceled if we checked in another room I went into a whole different room and was still disgusted by what they had put us in at first couldn’t put my family at risk and would advise you not too moldy dirty and a scam I had talked to the worker about canceling he said it was fine went to hotels.com and they said I would have to pay that for a room we didn’t stay in 3 nights

This is a dirty place street walkers dont even use this motel it makes you guys look terrible

Being that it wa nasty and poorly maintainenced, I was happy to not have seen any roaches

I like the front desk clerk, and the low deposit. I didn't like the filthy furniture in my room and the poor upkeep of the room. My room wasn't even clean, there were still ashes on the window ceiling and nasty water dripping spots on the ceiling. Floor wasn't cleaned. I upholstered and cleaned the chairs.6y6yy6

Enjoyed my stay. Some ppl were rude but they were happy later. So 👍

DO NOT GO HERE THE ROOM WAS NOT UP TO PAR AND THEY HAVE BUGS. MAJORITY OF HOMELESS PEOPLE STAY THERE

I entered the room, and promptly left the property.

Manager and motel staff are amazing. The price u pay is where the amenity lays. Has been cleaned up a bit in the past year than it was previously which i impart to the new ownership. Overall its cheap but its also quiet, there's no bugs and we haven't had any issues.
