Within the first 5 minutes of checking in and being in the room...a neighbor to our left (we were room 214) decided he was going to invite himself in. Proceeds to open the window and climb in until he sees my husband standing there.

The room had clean ash trays, and only small deposit asked for. Good hot water, smiling staff.

I like I can have pets but the gang activity is out of hand. They've taken over and seem to have the owners under their control. These guys use this place as a hub and it's very annoying. It's affordable. There are cockroaches galore to greet you. Can't reserve beforehand. You may be in a room that stinks of marijuana or a nutcase screaming.

The people in 135 have covid. They are refusing to quarantine them. She's going up to people without telling them she or her husband and son have this. Stay away. I've been coming here a long time and sometimes it's a hit and miss but they are trying there best to keep up. People like this woman make it hard for everyone else. I like the space of the room I have and they allow my dogs for a fee that's decent.

I stayed there on 1/6/17. The room was clean and at check in the staff was polite. However I left two goose down feather pillows there and when I called about them less than 8 hours later I was told that they were not in the room. I asked if they could check with the maid but was told that my room was not cleaned as it received maintenance the day following my stay. I was told to call back the next day to further inquire about my missing items. I did exactly that and received horrible customer service from a woman named Linda. She thought she put me on hold but I could hear her talking to the staff and discussing that they could not locate my pillows and to just tell me that they were thrown away. First and foremost I inquired less than 8 hours after checkout about my left behind items and when I followed up as told to do so by their staff I got poor customer service and was told my brand new pillows were thrown away because they were to quote dirty. My room was not even used the day after my stay so as to why the hotel could not hold my item in lost and found for even 24 hours is beyond me and I was told that the hotel has no intentions of making this right as I should not of left any items. Do not stay here!!!!! there is a lot of drug traffic amidst the long term residents and should you accidentally forget anything your just out of luck.

Affordable, for sure. It's obviously not the Waldorf Astoria but you can't expect a 5 star hotel for the cheapest weekly rate in Sacramento. Suman at the front desk gave excellent customer service. The room was outdated and definitely has seen the company of thousands but the bedding is clean and it's comfortable. No bugs in sight. Kitchenette and bathroom are also clean. I don't care about or pay attention to the other guests or what they're doing. They need an affordable place to stay just like I do. This place works for what I need.

Complete joke forgin shady people at front desk 85 one night 70 the next lie n on the phone about the cost said one rate charged another price info not available on line unable to book or see rates on line was charge a daily rate when I asked for a weekly rate was told I was in a day by day room internet connection complete joke I will say this they good great hose keepers that's about it the phone won't make local no internet and the condition of the hotel I will say need an upgrade

Vince's motel on Folsom Boulevard in Rio Linda is by far the worst motel I have ever stayed in llst night I counted well over 50 cockroaches in our room,and worst of all I went to sit down on the couch and got a syringe in my buttox and I found two syringes in the window sill of the bathroom,the staff here is beyond rude this morning the manager informed me if I wasn't out by a certain time that he was physically throw us out of which my brother made prior arrangements with the morning staff to pay at a later time because of his work schedule which was approved when I explained this to the manager he became belligerent and extremely rude ,mind you we still had an hour before the deadline.why we are staying another night is because we recently became homeless and have no other choice due to a long illness the afternoon desk person was extremely rude demanding and threateningthreatening after I told him of our situationmy advice stay well clear of this roach infested motel my advice spend your money wisely go somewhere else

Me and my boyfriend.stayed there on his birthday and i loved it i saw no roaches no bed bugs everything clean i just loved it and it was a very relaxing loving day between us and it made my night better weve been staying there once a month since march great place couldnt ask for more and the suite is great for its value which my boyfriend got a discount on which made my day after a hard day at work =)
