The place was clean, everything you could hope for was available as fae as accomodations in a hotel room. I would recommend it highly for a room on a budget...

The room was clean.
I felt unsafe at this property because there were people outside screaming and yelling, but otherwise It was relatively clean. No bedbugs that I noticed and haven’t gotten deposit back but still it was just OK. Super ghetto area though.
This hotel is super noisy, not in a desirable area of town, and I had bugs in my room.
Bed had lint all over it and looked questionable. ESA animals were allowed no questions
