Puerta Aqua by La Puerta Hostels

I am a solo traveler and work online, and my stay at Puerta Aqua was wonderful. The room was spacious, clean, had a work desk and excellent WiFi. The whole team made my visit memorable with their warm service and great food. I would totally stay here again.

The lack of soap

Air conditioning in the room. Location was good. Staff were nice. TV with netflix etc.

There seemed to be a mix up with the cleaning staff(who were lovely) as the bathrooms were not tended to as expected the two days I was there. I didn't realise there was no kitchen for me to use.

Very nice staff (especially the woman), good location, I slept in the dorm and in a private room and I liked both, comfy bed with curtain, nice rooftop, if you book the lost city trek with them you get one night in a private room for free, you can leave your luggage there for free in case your going on a overnight trip, very good price-perfomance ratio

Just some details like no light nor socket by the bed, no filtred water, doesn't have the typical hostel vibe but it didn't bother me

Clean, comfortable, lovely (if underused) rooftop, covenient location and THE BEST front desk staff (10/10). All of them were just absolutely super in all ways.
