The location, the staff, it felt luxurious and we felt welcomed and respected as guests. The staff were so helpful at all times. Great facilities - lovely bath as well!

The only thing, and this is being really nitpicky, is that the shower curtain kept blowing into the shower as we used it. In an absolutely perfect world it would be a shower door, but it was not detrimental to our stay at all.

The staff were really helpful, sending information prior to our arrival via what’s app and everyone we met at reception was really friendly. Our room was light, spacious and clean. The bed was really comfortable and we liked the addition of Rituals toiletries in the bathroom. There is an informal dining area/terrace with complimentary snacks, kettle, coffee machine that we appreciated.

Simple, clean, well maintained and comfortable. Lovely cafe with tea, coffee, toast, croissants, cereal, fruit etc for self service breakfast. Fridge in the bedroom. Great central location. Self check in after 5.00 pm. Great value.
