Location and staff. Good value Good coffee and tea in common area

Nice bowl of fruit out but the packaged snacks were not something I would serve a guest.

The staff was great and the room was really quiet despite being in-front of a building that was being remodeled. Also the free snacks were great and they even left a bday present for my mom on arrival. Loved it.

The shower curtain and the bathroom door not having a lock was the only thing i could think of.
