Would certainly recommend the property. Friendly staff, very family friendly place, area is nice during the day, great breakfast included.

No laundry in service. Stores near by and little cecars pizza

It is good value for money. It is a good place to stay for the price. It is a little quirky though. Not very clean.

The place looks a bit sketchy from the outside but it is better inside. The problems we had that caused us to find another place while we were in Mexico already were: The places offer things that weren’t working. It offers a fridge but in our apartment wasn’t working, offers hot water but not even for one shower, you jump in the shower and after a few minutes the water turns cold as ice. The place also offers washer but you can’t use it. But the worst thing that happen to us was that my wife couldn’t get out of the apartment because the door latch was defective and she couldn’t get it to open from the inside. She had to wait for me to comeback and open the door from the outside with the key. Oh i almost forgot the couches were filthy dirty! There is no way someone in their right mind will stay in a place like this if the problems aren’t fixed. Now the positive side was that Ernesto the manager was a gentlemen and offered me a refund even though it was late for me to request it in the app. He told me to call expedia and let them know that i was gonna get my refund approved if they called him. So i chatted with an agent in expedia and they got my refund approved

Nice and clean place, people working there super nice,specially Adriana and Sergio always helping guests. safe place but hood needs more cleaning outside..

We loved our stay here. The fact that there is a kitchen space and eating area made all the difference. All other spaces are regularly maintained and cleaned. Breakfast is served fresh and hot.

Our first time in Mexico - a wonderful hotel, people and staff incredibly friendly. Beautiful rooftop and sitting areas. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Hard to find on the outside, but if I had read the PDF file they sent better, I think I would have found it easier.

One of the worst experiences of my life. The place was hard to find and when we found it we were met by a young girl who blew cigaret smoke in our face. When we asked her if there was a bank or money exchange place close by she told us there wasn't but they exchanged dollar to pesos there and the rate was 15 to 1. Current exchange rate was 16.80 to 1. When we asked the facilities manager the same question he rudely said that's not what they did there. He took us to our "penthouse" and to say the place was dirty, would be an understatement! floors were filthy, couches were old and so stained. the beds and pillows smelled like someone had been using them but they didn't bother to wash the sheets before renting it out. At night the neighborhood is loud. motorcycles run up and down the street, drunk people screaming, husbands beating their wives and breaking stuff with no intention of keeping it quiet. it was terrible. Booked the place for 3 nights and stayed one night. Got out of there and booked a nice hotel after that stay.
