It is accessible to transport, the school which held the event was 2 blocks away. It is clean and the staff, some of them, were good.

Our reservation was not confirmed even if it was confirmed by the booking. They had to convert our family room to 2 rooms. The sink was clogged, it couldn't be used. The design of the comfort room was so narrow that when you're sitting in the bowl, your face is literally against the wall. Every time there were new clients coming, and we hear the desk officer asked "how many hours?", makes it a short time facility not really quite a "hotel". They do not respond to emails.

Location is good

The place wasn’t the cleanest. We paid for early check in and they agreed with a price of 200 per hour and we got a senior citizen discount only relating to that early check in. I was also double charged, the people at the property told my family that in order to stay at the property we have to pay the full price. Then I was charged in full in my credit card. I was emailed that we were a no show but we stayed in the property
