"Good beds, but the hotel needs way better maintenence. My stay wasn't the most enjoyable."

The beds were nice and very comfortable. Lobby has a nice presentation as well. Staff members were courteous. AC was efficient and did its job well.

Really bad wifi; pretty much unusable because I couldn't even hold a connection to the network. And when I did manage a connection, the speed was atrocious. Breakfast is presented as "all-day" but upon calling in for a second meal, I was told that the kitchen had run out of food. Like...what? TV remote was out of battery so I had to use the buttons on the TV itself to adjust volume and change channels. There were also ants all over the sink area; cleanliness is not this hotel's strongest trait. Overall maintenence of the hotel can be improved a lot.

This is a good choice for a one-night stay in a location without many options.

When I arrived the bed had not been changed and the sheets were visibly soiled; I appreciated the staff's prompt response to rectify this situation. There was no toilet paper provided.

cleanliness though OJT people are being materialised and serve as janitors

wifi internet is a disaster. receptionist advised me that if i want more stable connection i need to have my teams meeting in the lobby or beside the pool. receptionist blindly charged me for 600 when i requested an early checkin at 12pm. other than the roaring jeepneys and trucks passing along the highway, have also to endure the roaring thunder and heavy rains which is of course beyond the hotel control.
