The hotel is very clean and comfortable. There is ample parking near the door to the lobby.

The hotel is next to the I-40 so if you get a room on the freeway-side of the building, you will hear the big rigs going by.

Overall the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable, but it suffers from lack of attention/detail. Unfortunately we got a room up that backed up to Needles Highway - the road noise was quite noticeable! If you stay here, make sure you get a room on the other side of the hotel. Additionally, we had a room that had an adjoining door to the next room. The sound insulating properties of that doorway were very poor. We heard almost everything going on in the adjacent room. The bathroom, while clean, needs a deep-cleaning. The grout at the base of the shower is discolored and the caulk around the base of the toilet was discolored with pieces missing. The shower doors were hazy from water deposits that had not been adequately cleaned. The A/C unit in the room was not whisper-quiet, but, it did help mask the road noise! The complimentary body wash, that is mounted to the wall in the shower, was completely empty. How do I know that? I found that out after I stepped into the shower.... Additionally, the ceiling light over the commode was burnt out. The channels displayed on the TV's guide do not match the actual channels - frustrating when you select a specific TV show only to have an entirely different TV channel/show pop up. The black-out shade in the room was very effective at keeping the room dark in the morning.

Tim, at the front desk is a very good face for this company. In spite of my haggard appearance and demeanor just getting off a 21 day Grand Canyon trip he treated me with respect and kindness. I was tired and he welcomed me. Thank you so much.

Very clean and modern. They do not have a pool though, which it can be in high 90's. Nice complimentary breakfast. Very quiet.
