The Customer Service at this Hotel is truly wonderful. I grew up in an era when Customer Service was key to success, this hotel provides that memorable experience. I wish I knew the womans name that greeted my daughter and I when we checked in. She was/is amazing!

Staff was super friendly helpful and gave great advice. The woman who checked us in was especially accommodating. Plus the kids loved the Christmas tree and decorations.

Great hotel in a nice area close to shopping and restaurants. Very clean, nice and professional staff. The breakfast was great and lots of options. The room was big and spacious. The only thing that was disappointing was the sofa bed was very uncomfortable for my son to sleep in . but the main bed was great.
