"Horrendous stay . Could have easily got a better hotel and service for half the rate I paid !!"

Didn't opt for breakfast. But had ordered Bombil rawa fry for lunch ..was absolutely not worth the money!

Reception is at the first floor for the rooms so basically no one to receive you at the ground floor . Had arrived at 545am and had to wait till 730am for them to open. All three given contact numbers are switched off till eternity !! Have to wait till 8am for hot water shower.

There were no separate non smoking rooms, we felt a bit suffocated due to the smoke smell in d lobby

Property is not maintained, cockroaches will welcome you in your room, staff is arrogant, no one is here to help, they will take money in advance and then you are on your own. Pathetic experience, no hot water no tv working. There are no differences in rooms but names and charges are different
