There isn't anything not to like. The unit was clean, comfortable, well stocked with the basics like tea, coffee, milk. A cooked breakfast is included every morning, and they were all excellent choices and delicious. The bed is comfortable, the shower and water pressure was the best feature. Didn't get to use the pool as the weather was cold, but will definitely be back another time and hope to do so then. The location is quiet, tucked out of the way, but close enough to shops just down the road, and only 5mins into Merimbula. Parking on site.

There's really nothing not to like. The turn to the visitor parking is quite sharp when entering from the first entrance to the drive. But if you come in and out on the second entrance it’s easy. Even coming in from the left is fine, I just had to stop and adjust for the turn radius.

The hosts are lovely. The unit was exceptionally clean and roomy, with a roomy bathroom, comfy bed with a fitted sheet!! Breakfast was included with great tasty options. Some nice welcoming touches included, complimentary waters, chocolates, Tawny Port, puzzle books. We loved it here. A very pretty and peaceful spot.

ABSOLUTELY LOVED my four night treat to my soul with Katrina & Peter in their quiet, peaceful & relaxing accomodation. From the moment I spoke to Katrina on the phone, to the breakfast delivery each morning, to check out day, I couldn't fault her friendly service! The gardens were beautiful & full of local wildlife visitors and her husbands very creative sculptures, the room was spacious, clean & comfortable with an attention to all the little things you need/want. Katrina offered some great suggestions with her local knowledge and the hot, home cooked breakfast delivered to the room each morning was so spot on. This is the place you want to take yourself for a time out!!

The welcome and information provided by host Katrina was appreciated. The size of the room was plenty for us and our short stay. The breakfast choices provided were varied each day and sufficient. The gardens and surroundings were beautiful. The bathroom was a good size, great shower and plush towels. We appreciated the 2 bottles of water and real milk in the fridge.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable for me. We used the spare blanket to make adjustments which allowed me to sleep..

Fabulous room. Very comfortable even the pillows. Had little extras like port and chocolates even games were supplied. Host was amazing and very helpful, she went out of her way for me.. Breakfast was very nice and always served on time. Beautiful gardens and very quiet. Can’t recommend enough. Do yourself a favour and stay here.

Peaceful and secluded. Close to beautiful walks, beaches and nature. Our gracious host Katrina looked after us every morning with delicious breakfasts delivered to our door and eaten on our balcony overlooking the lush garden, full of sculptures and curios. Very clean, with room to move, and everything we needed for our stay. Fast free Wifi as well.

Perfect location to explore Merimbula Eden and Tura - very close to the beach. The gardens around the place were peaceful and delightful. The owners very accommodating and breakfast was fantastic.
