Private, clean, good balcony, quick fixing of any problems and quick to reply to messages

Couldn’t find tv remote. Power cut (I don’t think this was the property’s fault though as power in the corridor was out as well). Sink was blocked but I managed to unblock myself

Location was great.

I couldn’t work out how to open the balcony door/work the heater, and there were no instructions in the room. Having said that, someone came to help me the next morning.
