the bed was musty and smelly. could leave the dust everywhere in the room. the airline was not function one side. poor management. the location has good access to food

The location and environment near the hotel is good.
For family rooms, not safety for those have kids due to the window no grill, bedroom untidy, smelly, all the facilities like tv, air-conditioning cannot function well. Staff looks not very friendly and not welcoming guest. the staff maybe they are tiring and cannot do anything due to we are dealing with humans. sometimes their mood ups and down.
