Modern apartment, spacious, balcony, pool and sauna’s, close to the slopes

Room we got was not what we ordered, we specified double bed in room 1 and two sofa beds in room two, got a sofa bed next to two connected single beds in room 1 and a sofa bed in room 2. Reception kindly said that’s it, they’re full and the sofa bed is too big to be moved through the door to room 2, no sorry, no we’ll make it up to you, nothing. Kindly with a smile but basically “that’s wha you get, deal with it”. Never experienced anything like this was that was the determining factor in my poor score of the property. Also sofa beds have the thinnest mattress hence are unbelievable uncomfortable even for my kids. Asked for a possibility of a second mattress to be added for their comfort - was met with “no, can’t do, we don’t have any spare, we’re full” again no, sorry, no we’ll try something to make it up, nothing. There’s no double beds, all are two singles next to each other, comfortable at least but again not what we specified in the choices that were given upon booking. Lastly there was no coffee for two days at breakfast as the machine broke and the staff didn’t offer any alternative. Truly shocking such basics like bed layout, comfortable sleep and coffee at breakfast weren’t met.
