everything was perfect, really clean inside, we got a tent with a view and I definitely recommend it! khaled is very polite, the food was delicious and we had a variety of options!

Khaled was an amazing host, with camp in a beautiful area. It is located away from the all the touristic campsite, deeper in the desert. Window from our room was toward desert sights, it was unforgettable to fall asleep and awake there. Plenty of blankets for the night, so we didn't feel cold at all. Comfortable bed. Great location for hiking in any directions. The dinner and breakfast were just perfect. Thanks to the cook as well! Khaled was very helpful. Even though we were tight on time he was able to get us a nice jeep tour. Thank you once again, and hopefully we will be able to return one day.

Our stay at Khaled's was excellent and unforgettable. What I liked -Quick communication via Whatsapp was very practical. Other camps often did not reply to messages and this was different. He replied to us anytime in the day before our arrival and this really helped. -The flexibility of Khaled when it comes to the organisation of transportation; we took a JETT express bus which arrived at the visitors' center and basically the pick up at the center was not included unless other passengers arrive at the same time but he kindly offered a special pick up. Also basically the tour starts at 10.30 but in case of later arrival he has a capability to organise so that you could still join the tour. -Personality and support of Khaled and his team was excellent; Khaled speaks many languages and very familiar with different culture, a person with whom you could have various interesting conversations. -The tour of desert (additional JOD50 pp) was wonderful and great organisation -Dinner was wonderful with traditionally cooked chicken and vegetables. -Location to enjoy sunset and stars

-I think it's same everywhere in the desert but I am a person who tends to feel cold very easily and at the end November the room was extremely cold and though I wore all what I had, could not sleep well -No hot water (though this would be the same as other places in the desert I assume) and I suffered taking a shower in cold water -Lack of light in the room (for me, personally as I don't see things well in the darkness) Additionally; I put only the rating in the evening thinking about adding comment here on the next morning. I posted all above comments as planned on the next morning and then I recognised overnight Khaled sent me a message criticising my rating which was not sufficiently positive for him. The message to me was extremely negative and it made me really sad and cry thinking a person can just write such a mean message - in addition I rated 10.. I still strongly recommend this place to everyone as we really had an excellent experience and Khaled and all the staffs were very kind, sincere and helpful but I myself would never go back again as he wrote to me later that I would "not welcomed anymore" because my rating was not positive enough for him. This unfortunately completely ruined my beautiful memory of the stay and I wonder if we could not express our honest feeling. Everyone could have different feelings and has a right to express our own opinion in my personal view.

incredible hospitality. fantastic location

Jaw dropping location. Amazing scenery, especially at sunset via a short 5 minute hike to the viewpoint above the camp. Staff were all excellent. Loved being shown how they cook the food. The tea was delicious. Khaled was an amazing, relaxed host with a great sense of humour.

What an experience! The best! Stay here!! What an experience! We were all blown away by our time spent in the desert! Khaled took such care of us even when one of our party fell ill. Would recommend this camp - we spent two nights. Ride a camel, take a jeep tour and spend a night under the stars. Unforgettable!

Beautiful location in the deep desert. Nice room with desert view. Camp host is very helpful and the tour staff Ahmed is nice & humble. I had a great time in the Jeep tour.

10JD for lunch and dinner is a ripped off. Can foods that is like leftover foods. Dining area is not so clean.
